I have a rather silly question. Is there a rule as to which vowel sound gets added to the consonant? For example, in 'furansu', why is the 'u' sound added and not any other vowel? Like why not 'faransu' or 'firansu'? How does one decide which vowel sound is the correct one to use?

Arigato!! Hi Yuta I'm from Myanmar and i came to America and I saw my friend drawing
anime characters and I liked it and he always talk about it , so i started watching animes
and i learned some Japanese but i wasn't happy because I wanted to know every words so
I searched on Youtube and I saw one of your videos and i watched them and i started to like
them so I subscribed to your Youtube Channel and I saw the video where you said I could learn
japanese so i clicked on the links and here I am. I hoping to learn a lot of Japanese words. Mata ne.
